40786: LEGO Space Micro Command Centre First Look

The new LEGO Insiders reward 40786: LEGO Space Micro Command Centre has been officially confirmed in the latest LEGO Ideas newsletter.

The set, originally designed by LEGO Ideas member FlyingUFO, was one of two grand prize winners, alongside EnchantingNoodle’s ‘Moon Car’, in the LEGO Ideas ‘Exploring the Cosmos’ challenge. Fans voted for these two winners to have their submission transformed into an official LEGO Ideas Insiders Reward set, so with the LEGO Space Micro Command Centre heading to LEGO Insiders Rewards, the Moon Car will be hot on its trail!

As a Grand Prize winner of the LEGO Ideas contest, both designers also received a host of space-themed sets, including 10283: NASA Space Shuttle Discovery, 21340: Tales of the Space Age, 42158: NASA Mars Rover Perseverance, 31152: Astronaut and 42180: Mars Crew Exploration Rover.

The LEGO Space Micro Command Centre, previously titled ‘BASE: Micro Rail Command Centre’ on LEGO Ideas, is designed in the classic blue and grey space style and will be the perfect companion to the 2024 GWP set, 40712: Classic Space Micro Rocket Launchpad.

In a recent Blog post, LEGO Ideas confirmed that the Space Micro Command Centre will be available for 2000 Insider Points from the 1st March 2025.
