LEGO Beauty and the Beast Castle Officially Revealed
The LEGO Group has officially announced the release of 43263: LEGO Beauty and the Beast Castle. The 2,916-piece set will be available on 4th April, with early LEGO Insider access from 1st April for £239.99 in the UK, $279.99 in the US and €279.99 in Europe.

LEGO Beauty and the Beast
The LEGO Beauty and the Beast castle will be considerably smaller and cheaper than the 4,837-piece Disney Castle which retails for £344.99. Even with its smaller size, the set still packs in plenty of details and characters for fans of the classic Disney film.
Disney released the animated musical adaptation of French novelist Gabrielle-Suzanne Barbot de Villeneuve’s fairytale in 1991, inspired by the success of 1989’s The Little Mermaid. Set in 18th century France, it is the story of the book-loving Belle and her encounter with The Beast, a selfish prince, transformed into a monster by an enchantress as punishment for his cruelty.

In addition to Belle and the Beast, the LEGO Beauty and the Beast Castle includes 3 more Minifigures; Belle’s father Maurice, the arrogant Gaston and Gaston’s sidekick, LeFou. The 5 Minifigures are joined by Lumière, Cogsworth, Plumette, Mrs. Potts, Chip, and Sultan, all in their cursed forms, with even more of the castle’s residents to be found throughout the build. It’s great to see the inclusion of the castle residents and even better to see that they come with printed parts instead of stickers.

Images posted to the official LEGO website today reveal some fun details hidden within the castle. The prince’s torn portrait, smashed mirror, and the enchanted rose have all been included, as has a rotating dance floor in the ballroom to allow for the builder to recreate the film’s famous dance scene.

The LEGO Beauty and the Beast castle follows the 2024 Snow White Cottage in the expanding range of 18+ Disney sets.
