First Official Look at the Latest LEGO Lord of the Rings Set
LEGO.com seems to have unintentionally given us our first look at the upcoming LEGO Lord of the Rings set, 10354: The Shire, which will be released in April 2025!

An event page on the official LEGO website went live. It was later removed, but not before fans could see details of a ‘Meet the Designer’ event with Kenyon Andrew Brady. Brady will sign copies of the LEGO Icons Shire set at the Leicester Square flagship store on 5th April 2025.

The set, as expected, features Bag End, home of Bilbo Baggins, and is based on his 111th birthday party. The grand celebration for Bilbo’s birthday occurs at the start of the Fellowship of the Ring, marking Bilbo’s departure and the beginning of the quest for the One Ring.
Along with Bilbo, LEGO minifigures of Frodo, Sam, Merry and Pippin are included, the latter two suffering the effects of their fireworks mishap (which is also evident by the inclusion of the firework dragon). The set also includes Gandalf’s arrival to the Shire, along with his horse and cart containing his fireworks, three additional hobbits, Sam’s love interest Rosy and what appears to be Everard Proudfoot and his wife, Aurora Proudfoot.

No additional details were released on the newest LEGO Lord of the Rings set. Still, based on the images, we can expect a much smaller build than the previously released 10333: Barad-Dur and 10316: Rivendell sets, making the Shire a much more affordable purchase.

Fun fact: Everard Proudfoot was a new character created for the Lord of the Rings film series, portraying Odo Proudfoot from the books.
