Two New LEGO Ideas Sets Announced

Another LEGO Ideas review window has come to an end and we have 2 brand new LEGO Ideas Sets confirmed for production.

The release of new LEGO Ideas sets has become highly anticipated for LEGO fans, with exciting sets like Tuxedo Cat, Dungeons and Dragons: Red Dragon’s Tale and Jaws being hugely popular purchases. The results of the second review phase of 2024 have been revealed today (21/03/2025), adding not one but two new LEGO Ideas projects to the list of fan-designed sets to reach production.

BrickFLIC wants to say a huge congratulations to Snoopy – Campfire by bossofdos64 and Floating Sea Otter by HisBrickMaterials for being approved for production! These two new LEGO Ideas sets will add serious cuteness to the Ideas theme line-up. We are excited to see how both projects look after the official LEGO designs have been completed.

But even with two new LEGO Ideas sets being revealed, the announcements aren’t over!

First LEGO Ideas Projects Added the Parking Lot

As we reported earlier this month, the LEGO Ideas team has added a new status for projects in review of ‘Parkinglot‘, allowing for more time to review. The first two sets to be added to this group are Downton Abbey: Highclere Castle by BRO3 and Tintin – Space Rocket by tkel86. We can expect an update on these projects when the Third 2024 LEGO Ideas review results are announced.

LEGO Ideas Third 2024 Review Phase Coming to an End

The LEGO Ideas team has also revealed that the third 2024 review phase is almost complete, with the successful fan designs being announced in May 2025. This is when we can also expect an update on the status of the Downton Abbey and Tintin projects in the Parking Lot.
