LEGO Create a Minifigure Beta Live in the UK
The new Create a Minifigure feature on the official LEGO website is now live in the UK for Beta testing. The Beta release is part of the testing for the new Minifig building experience, which LEGO plans to release worldwide when the feature is ready for a full roll-out.
The LEGO Create a Minifigure interactive tool replicates the in-store Build a Minifigure format. It allows you to design your own LEGO minifigures by mixing and matching your preferred head, torso and legs, then selecting a single accessory item and headgear.
Anyone can access LEGO Create a Minifigure by visiting the UK LEGO site during the test phase to play with the new feature, but only customers in the UK can order.
Having spent some time testing out the new feature, we are confident that the LEGO Create a Minifigure feature will be a big hit with LEGO fans!

LEGO to open Certified Store in India
There has been some exciting news for LEGO fans in India! The LEGO Group is poised to open its first-ever Certified Store in the country in May 2025 at the Ambience Mall, Gurugram.
In what will be a similar approach to that used in countries like Australia, Malaysia and Singapore, the LEGO Group will partner with the Ample Group for this location, which will be the largest LEGO Certified Store in South Asia.
“We have seen both children and adults embrace the creativity, learning and joy that LEGO bricks bring, and we are deeply grateful for the love and support” said Bhavana Mandon, country manager of LEGO India. “As we take the next step in our journey in India, our first LEGO Certified Store will embody the joy, creativity and universal appeal of LEGO building.”

“At Ample, we believe that customer experiences are at the core of everything we do. Over the years, we have had the honour of bringing some of the world’s most iconic brands closer to Indian consumers. With the iconic LEGO brand, we’re excited to be part of a journey that nurtures happiness, learning, and fun for families across India,” said Rajesh Narang, Founder & CEO of the Ample Group.
“Bringing the very first LEGO Certified Store to Gurugam and the Delhi NCR in India marks a thrilling milestone in the LEGO Group’s history. We are excited to inspire both the young and young at heart, reinforcing our unwavering commitment to the children of India as we continue our mission to inspire and develop the builders of tomorrow,” said Cedric Roose, LEGO Group’s General Manager of India and Emerging Asia.
The Gurugram LEGO Store will feature the signature LEGO models and mosaics enjoyed by fans worldwide. It is expected that the store will feature other key LEGO store features such as Build-a-Minifigure, Pick-a-Brick and more.
